Kick off the VTC
- Focus on the technology transfer -
The 3 days long NMC kick-off-meeting was held in Mátraháza at
the Hungarian Academy of Science Conference Center. Ca 50 participants of
the NMC was present. Experienced team leaders gave overview on their research
activities and all the specific NMC projects were reviewed. Experimental
designs were optimized. Some of the foreign collaborators of the NMC were
also present from RIGHT Italy and RIMS Belgium. After the meeting, Dr.
Sandra Calarotta from the USA was visiting University Szeged and University
Semmelweis to transfer the DermaVir immunization technology in the mice
model. She also spent time at Laszlo Hospital to discuss the immunological
assays to be established for DermaVir vaccinated human subjects. It was the
beginning of a beautiful friendship... [Final Program]
